The Zentangle Method is a form of meditative drawing that is easy-to-learn, relaxing, and a fun way to create beautiful images from structured patterns. This Method focus's on ways to create expressive imagery with simple strokes creating repetitive patterns.

 

Zentangle is non-representational and unplanned so you can concentrate on each stroke and not worry about the result.  As you progress through this class creating your own images, you may enjoy increased focus, creativity, self-confidence and an increased sense well-being.
