About the event
Absolutely no experience is needed! You’ll be guided throughout the meditation so you can simply relax and let the sounds melt away stress and restore your body's balance.
The science behind crystal singing bowls shows how their frequencies can influence our brainwaves, reduce stress, and promote physical healing. Made from pure quartz, these bowls create powerful, resonant tones that can lower cortisol levels, provide pain relief, and shift your mind into a calm, meditative state.

What to Bring: A yoga mat, A pillow/cushion (optional)
Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. The doors will be closed promptly at 2:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment during meditation.
