Policies
NON-DISCRIMINATION

No student will be denied admission based on race, creed, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, political beliefs, socioeconomic status, or national origin.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

GNAL maintains a zero tolerance policy. Any acts of violence, threats, intimidation, and other disruptive behavior in the classroom or during a GNAL sponsored event will not be tolerated. All reported incidents will be taken seriously and dealt with appropriately. Members, students, or contractors deemed to be in violation of this Policy may face revocation of membership or ability to participate in future activities.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

There will be no refunds one week or less prior to the start of any class or event. Prior to one week, at their discretion, GNAL may choose to issue a full or partial credit in the form of a gift certificate to be used at a later time.
Missed classes are not refunded or credited. Additionally, late registrations are not afforded credits nor refunds. Where applicable, we offer a single session drop in rate. That isn't always possible given the cumulative nature of learning in some of the classes. Drop in rates may vary depending on the class, and supplies provided and can be paid online or via check or cash.
Memberships are non-refundable and are considered to be a donation and fully tax deductible.

RENTALS
