The Jefferson Einstein Health Network Minerva D. Braemer Medical Arts Building and the Greater Norristown Art League (GNAL) have partnered since 2013 to showcase local art throughout the facility. Exhibits are refreshed three times a year and feature a diverse range of themes and artistic mediums. The program also includes a dedicated space for highlighting the work of talented young artists from Montgomery County, further supporting creativity within the community. Inspired by Jefferson Einstein’s belief in the power of art to promote healing, GNAL is committed to creating a more positive, welcoming, and uplifting environment for patients, visitors, and staff alike. GNAL and the Medical Providers at the Braemer Medical Arts Building at Einstein Montgomery Hospital are pleased to offer GNAL members an opportunity to showcase professional 2-D artwork in an ongoing gallery exhibit at the hospital. This is a wonderful chance to display your work in a beautiful setting with visibility to visitors, patients, and their families. The exhibit runs for four months, and all artwork must be marked for sale. The registration fee is $25 for up to three pieces when paid by cash or check at drop-off. Artists may also pay in advance by credit card using the payment link below; please note that credit card payments are subject to a service fee. Depending on the total number of entries and the available space, it may be necessary to limit the number of pieces accepted. Submitted artwork must be 16" x 20" or larger. Please download the full prospectus for complete details and requirements. If a piece is sold during the exhibit, it may be replaced with another piece for the remainder of the show. Previously exhibited work at GNAL is eligible. GNAL will receive a 25% commission on all sales. Artists will be contacted to arrange meeting the patron and accepting payment for sold work. We encourage artists to meet at the Braemer Gallery for the exchange, and at that time you are welcome to replace the sold piece with another work for the rest of the exhibit.

A trip to the doctor can be stressful. At the Greater Norristown Art League (GNAL), we believe art has the power to create a calming, positive environment and contribute to overall well-being. Since 2021, we’ve partnered with The Dermatology Associates to curate seasonal art exhibits. These rotating displays, featuring talented local artists, offer a welcome distraction and a source of inspiration for patients, staff, and visitors alike. This collaboration is especially meaningful, as Dr. Wolf—a dermatologist and dedicated supporter of the arts—played a key role in bringing the partnership to life. The gallery walls are located in the main hallway just off the elevator, providing high visibility for all who pass through. Larger works tend to have the strongest impact in this space; however, diptychs and triptychs are also well-suited. Bright, colorful artwork is encouraged to enhance the welcoming atmosphere. The office receives a steady flow of visitors, and the gallery wall is typically accessible on Saturdays for additional viewing. It is the responsibility of each artist to carefully read the full prospectus prior to submitting work. Cost: $25 registration fee for up to three pieces Size Requirements: Recommended 16" x 20" or larger; all work must be properly wired with a braided hanging wire on the back
