The focus will be on nature-inspired art, including leaf prints, clay animal sculptures, flower pressing, and recycled material crafts to create awareness about sustainability. Weather depending, kids will collect inspiration and source material outside.

Animal Kingdom

Lions, bears, tigers, giraffes… OH MY! This week is for the animal lovers to summon their favorite furry (or scaley) muses as we turn the studio into a jungle suitable for a King. Dive into the animal world with projects like animal masks, jungle dioramas, clay wildlife sculptures, and handprint art.

Art Around the World

Explore art styles and crafts from different cultures, such as African masks, Japanese origami, Mexican piñatas, Indian Warli painting, and Aboriginal dot art. During this week, our kids will go on an artistic journey around the globe while using clay, paints, paper, and more to highlight their learnings.

Under the Sea

This one was so popular we had to bring it back this summer. Learning about the ocean, and artists who loved them, they will create ocean-themed projects like clay sea creatures, watercolor ocean scenes, shell jewelry, and fish mobiles. No swimsuits required!

Shape-tastic & Pattern-riffic Designs

This week focuses on letting our kids experiment with shapes, colors, and textures. With examples from artists who use geometric and organic shapes, patterns in nature, and symmetry, the week will feature art projects like kaleidoscope designs, tessellations, and mandala art.

Famous Artists Week

Each day of this week will introduce kids to legendary artists like Van Gogh, Picasso, and Monet. Learning about their art and style, then creating their own art projects inspired by these iconic styles. Classes will feature painting, sculpture, and more.
